I LOVE having a photographer for a friend! Just like we exchanged our maternity shoots (hers and mine), we're exchanging family shoots. I love me some bartering! I need to use this form more often :-)

October 31st ~ Howloween

We went to the Howloween event at the zoo this year with Rya, JD & Brezlin. It was Brezzie's first time at the zoo! I couldn't believe it since Bailey has been going since she was a year old & we LOVE it! Makes me really appreciate our awesome membership there (Thank you Grandpa Mark!) So anyone who lives in the area and has not taken their kiddo, go with us and get one adult in free! (ahem, Stephanie!!) We love it there and are always up for a visit!

She's holding her hand! This is so special to me after months of Bailey not wanting anything to do with her new sister unless it was to throw a toy at her :-/ I'm loving seeing her attitude towards Chloe change for the positive :-)

Met Rachel, Jared, Zoey & family at Applebee's after....BIG mistake! They were WAY too exhausted after the zoo and were huge grumps! I actually had to LEAVE the restaurant with Bailey and go sit in the car with her! She was being super naughty and had plenty of warnings so I promise I'm not mean mom :-) I've had to leave a store before but never a restaurant with all our friends still there. She was SO mad about leaving Brezlin behind and threw an even more major fit but I stuck to my guns and we stayed put in the car until dinner was over. I was proud of myself though for sticking with it and not giving in which is always the easiest route except in the long run right?

First time trick or treating!! Our neighborhood gets SO into it! I wish I had more pics of all the decor but it was already really dark here. It was adorable watching her learn to go up to the houses, knock and say Trick or treat, she got the hang of it pretty fast though :-) Her favorite part was actually back home when we got our own trick or treaters....she'd hear them at the door and say "kids are here!!!" We'd open the door and she'd excitedly give each kid a candy. She loved it...oh and is asking to be a pony next year, of course :-)

Trick or treating in Old Town



The donut shop ran out of donut holes so they gave Bailey a huge maple bar!! We were in the middle of doing their pics when she pulls it out to eat! Can't wait to see the professional one of this!
